Keep Amazing Charts for care. Clarify who runs billing.

Taiga works with Amazing Charts practices, but EHR and practice management are separate products. Before moving billing to a managed team, identify where the note ends, where the charge starts, and who owns open claims.

Book a demoStart with one question: do you use Amazing Charts EHR alone, its separate Practice Management product, or another PM?

Amazing Charts EHR

The clinical chart and visit notes remain where clinicians work. If your practice uses a different PM or biller, identify that system before planning any billing handoff.

Amazing Charts PM

The vendor's separate PM product covers scheduling, claims and financial work. If you use it, decide who will own open claims, remittances and patient balances when billing changes hands.

Follow the encounter across the systems you use

Amazing Charts says its EHR can work with its own PM or another practice-management system. The billing handoff depends on that choice; this sequence is for scoping, not a promise of a direct connection.

The clinician signs the note

Amazing Charts EHR is the clinical record. Confirm where signed documentation and diagnoses are available for billing review. Taiga's standard service describes drafting codes from notes with physician approval, but the access method for this EHR must be checked.

Identify the charge destination

If you use Amazing Charts Practice Management, it holds billing, scheduling and claims functions. If not, name your other PM or billing tool. Find out when charges are entered and whether staff still need to operate that queue after Taiga takes on billing.

Choose the claims owner

Amazing Charts PM offers an integrated clearinghouse, claim-status tools and reports for unpaid claims. Those are vendor capabilities, not proof that Taiga submits through that clearinghouse. Confirm the submitter, payer enrollments and ownership of claims already in flight before switching work.

Close the loop on A/R

Agree who works denials, applies remittances and follows patient balances during and after transition. Taiga describes denial management and patient billing as part of its service; any posting into Amazing Charts PM or another PM needs separate confirmation.

What must be confirmed

The homepage logo names Amazing Charts among EMRs Taiga works with. Neither that mention nor Amazing Charts' documentation confirms a specific Taiga API, synchronization, supported deployment, claim route, PM write-back, partnership or endorsement. Confirm the access method, claims ownership, pricing and cutover with Taiga for your EHR and PM combination.

A handoff shaped by your PM choice

The EHR is the constant. The billing tools and responsibilities differ by practice.

EHR with another PM

Keep the chart in Amazing Charts. Bring the name of the separate PM, clearinghouse and current biller so Taiga can assess the actual billing trail.

EHR with Amazing Charts PM

Map scheduling, charge entry, unpaid-claim reports and existing remittances before assigning any managed billing work to Taiga.

Physician oversight remains

Taiga's stated process has treating physicians review and approve suggested codes before submission. Confirm how that approval will work for your practice.

What to bring to the demo

A concrete system inventory and ownership map make a fit decision possible without assuming a standard Amazing Charts connection.

Your product mix

Which Amazing Charts EHR deployment do you use, and is Amazing Charts Practice Management active? If not, what handles scheduling, charges and billing?

Your billing queue

Who submits claims today, through which clearinghouse? Where are unpaid claims, ERA posting, older A/R and patient balances tracked?

Your approval and access rules

Who signs notes and approves codes? Ask Taiga to demonstrate the permitted handoff for your setup, including any access prerequisites and what will not be written back.

For a practice that wants billing handled

A good fit is an independent practice that values its existing Amazing Charts clinical workflow but wants a partner to operate coding support, claims and follow-up. If your team wants to keep billing fully in-house in its PM system, evaluate whether managed billing is the right model first.

Questions for an Amazing Charts fit call

Can we keep using Amazing Charts EHR?

Taiga names Amazing Charts among the EMRs it works with. Keeping the EHR is the intended starting point, but verify access and the exact billing handoff for your deployment and PM system before making changes.

Is Amazing Charts Practice Management part of the EHR?

Amazing Charts describes PM as a separate product that works alongside its EHR. The EHR can also work with another PM. Tell Taiga which arrangement your practice actually uses.

Does Taiga submit through Amazing Charts' clearinghouse?

The vendor describes an integrated clearinghouse in its PM product, but the available sources do not establish Taiga's claims route through it. Confirm your clearinghouse and payer enrollment during the fit call.

Will Taiga sync charges or post payments into Amazing Charts PM?

No specific Taiga sync, write-back or posting behavior is established here. Ask Taiga to show the supported data handoff and agree on who updates the PM and patient balances.

Does a clinician still approve codes?

Taiga's published FAQ says the treating physician reviews and approves suggested codes before a claim is submitted. Confirm how that step is presented and documented for your Amazing Charts workflow.

What happens to claims already in progress?

Inventory unpaid claims, denials, remittances and patient balances in your current PM. Decide which team works each queue during transition before a new submission owner takes over.

Walk through your Amazing Charts setup

Bring the EHR and PM product names, your current clearinghouse and open-claims owner. Taiga can scope the billing handoff before you change any workflow.
