Allscripts changed its name to Veradigm in 2023, and its practice products followed. Veradigm EHR was Allscripts Professional EHR, and Veradigm Practice Management was Allscripts Practice Management. If your claims sit in those work queues, here is how a billing handoff could work.

Veradigm describes Claim Verification and a System Rule Manager that catch coding and payer errors at entry and can push them to a work queue. Decide who clears that queue every day.
Office Manager is Veradigm's workspace for referrals, eligibility, pending claims, and unpaid claims. Map which of those views Taiga would work and which stay with your front office.
Veradigm's own clearinghouse, Payerpath, handles claims, remittances, and eligibility for many practices. Confirm which clearinghouse yours uses and who reads its rejection and remittance reports.
Your clinicians stay in Veradigm EHR. The queues get worked by people accountable for them.
Pending and unpaid claims get worked on a schedule instead of whenever staff find time.
Veradigm sells its own revenue cycle service. An independent partner is another option to compare against it.

No. Taiga works alongside the system you already have. Which queues and reports Taiga uses gets confirmed for your setup on a call.
You may not need to. Veradigm's revenue cycle service is a fair option to compare. With Taiga, your physician approves every code before submission and the team works every denial.
Yes. Queued claims can move to Taiga as open A/R, or both teams can work side by side for a period. Agree on a cutover date first so no claim is worked by two teams.
Share which Veradigm products you run, your clearinghouse, and a de-identified denial. Taiga will say plainly whether the handoff fits.
