Load the authorization
Payer authorizations are added in the Files module with the payor, valid dates, service codes, and approved hours, units, visits, or dollars. Appointments are then scheduled against those approved codes.
In CentralReach, payer authorizations set the approved codes, units, and hours that appointments and timesheets draw against. That makes ABA billing an authorization and units problem before it is a claims problem. Here is what to settle before handing CentralReach billing work to an outside team.
Approved codes, units, and dates loaded
Appointments converted against the authorization
Claims billed, payments posted to entries
CentralReach links scheduling, timesheets, and billing to each client's authorization.

CentralReach describes generating electronic claims, reworking secondary and tertiary claims, and posting payments back to billing entries. Agree which of these steps Taiga's team would own.

CentralReach grants billing access permission by permission, so list the exact work before access is set up.
CentralReach separates rights such as Manage Timesheets, Manage Payments Posting, Override Authorization, and Billing Recon. Grant only what the agreed work needs.
Decide who loads new authorizations, tracks remaining units, and requests renewals.

Useful for a CentralReach organization that wants clinical teams focused on sessions and an outside team handling claims, denials, and patient balances.
ABA is not on Taiga's published specialty list, so bring your service mix and Taiga will tell you straight whether it fits. Taiga does not claim a CentralReach integration or marketplace listing; access is agreed with your organization.
Taiga can take over open A/R or run in parallel with your current team. The exact CentralReach permissions for that work are agreed before access is granted.

Show Taiga your authorization load, permission setup, and open claims. You will get a straight answer on fit and next steps.
